Victorian Boxing Awards

The Australian Boxing Federation Victorian Branch in conjunction with the Professional Boxing and Combat Sports Board will recommence Victorian boxing awards in 2012.  For many years Victorian Boxing awards were conducted by a voluntary committee but this ceased operation a number of years ago.

The awards in 2012 will include:

Fight of the Year

Boxer of the Year

Best Preliminary Fighter

Most consistent Fighter

Best Preliminary Fighter

The awards are to be judged by a committee consisting of nominated people from the Australian Boxing Federation Victorian Branch and the Professional Boxing and Combat Sports Board. 

Considerations for the awards have now commenced and we look forward to presenting these awards that have been so much part of Victorian boxing at the end of the 2012 year at a time and place to be announced.
